Coca-Cola Consolidated is pleased to announce the promotion of John Rybarczyk to the position of Vice President, Sales & Service for the Carolinas Market Unit. In this expanded role, John will build upon his impressive track record within the Coca-Cola system to drive continued growth and develop the next generation of diverse, servant leaders.

John has been an integral part of the Coca-Cola system for 13 years, having made significant contributions in various roles across the Mid-West, Mid Atlantic, and Central Market Units. John has excelled in supporting the Central Market Unit, and now he is set to bring his expertise to the Carolinas Market Unit. In his new capacity, John will focus on sustaining the region’s strong growth trends and fostering leadership development.

John holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in business from the Daniels School of Business at Purdue University. Alongside his professional achievements, John and his family will be relocating to the Charlotte area as part of this new chapter.
