Coca-Cola Consolidated has thoroughly reviewed the recent claims of alleged discrimination and determined the allegations are categorically false. Our review determined that the qualifications of the fictitious applicants were not identical. Specifically, the individual referred to as ‘David’ indicated on his application that he was under the age of 18. The “Deshawn” applicant indicated he was over 18 years of age. In accordance with our safety protocols, we do not hire minors for that particular role. This policy is consistently applied to all applicants to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
