On Monday, October 23, Coca-Cola Consolidated hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for its new Columbus (Rickenbacker) warehouse and distribution center. Coke Consolidated plans to invest nearly $100 million in the construction of the new 400,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility. The new facility will be part of the Rickenbacker Industrial Center located on Rohr Road.
Coke Consolidated’s current Columbus operations employ over 325 teammates across sales, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and fleet operations. The move will create 12 new full-time jobs.
The new facility will include a state-of-the-art warehouse system and the addition of an experiential learning center where current and future teammates can develop new skills and grow their careers. The construction of the facility will bring significant economic activity to the area and is expected to be complete in spring 2025.

Coke Consolidated Contributes $5,000 to “A Kid Again” Non-Profit
As part of the Company’s Purpose to serve others, Coke Consolidated representatives presented a $5,000 contribution to “A Kid Again,” a Columbus non-profit that provides adventure to families with children facing life threatening illness.
Across the state, Coca-Cola Consolidated currently has more than 1,750 teammates working in 17 facilities serving more than 20,000 customers.
