The Coca-Cola Consolidated family is a team of Servant Leaders dedicated to strengthening the communities in which we live and work. We take our civic duties seriously, knowing our collective acts of stewardship and kindness can positively impact our neighbors in a big way. We proudly support regional non-profits and community organizations and serve on numerous organizational boards.
Giving Back
We are honored to give back to the brave first responders who dedicate so much to their local communities. Alongside elected officials and community partners, our Teammates in Capitol Heights, Maryland hosted a special event to support six area law enforcement agencies. Over 100 first responders received a catered meal, gifts and health screenings. This project is one of several ways that our Teammates are reinforcing our commitment to the well-being of those who serve our communities.
In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, our Coca-Cola Consolidated Teammates joined the Washington Nationals, Harris Teeter, and the Capital Area Food Bank at Nationals Park to pack 50,000 meals for families across the region. Together, we’re honored our Purpose by served our neighbors.
We’re passionate about education and serving others. At Coca-Cola Consolidated, we believe education empowers individuals and communities, and we’re committed to helping students stay well-nourished. Teammates in Alexandria, Virginia recently partnered with organizations to serve the Latin American Youth Center. With the help of community partners, teams assembled 500 snack pack kits filled with non-perishable food items for students.
In collaboration with the Salvation Army, Teammates from Silver Spring, Maryland, assembled 500 backpacks filled with school supplies for students in Washington, DC. Together, we made a meaningful difference in their daily lives, supporting their well-being and bringing them hope.
In The Community
Our Teammates not only serve alongside each other, they serve on numerous committees and boards across the area, such as the DC Chamber of Commerce, Washington D.C. Economic Partnership and Greater Washington Board of Trade.
Coca-Cola Consolidated is also a member of the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington and was recently named a 2026 Joan Hisaoka Allied Member of the Year Finalist.
