At Coca-Cola Consolidated, Nashville is more than a place where we do business. It’s a community we’re proud to serve, invest in and call home. As Nashville’s local bottler, 714 Teammates help serve nearly 8,800 business customers across the region, supported by more than $38.9 million in capital investments made between 2022 and 2024. Our growth allows us to reinvest in our operations, our Teammates and the communities where we live and work.

Our commitment to Nashville extends well beyond beverages. Guided by our Purpose and values, we work alongside community partners to create meaningful impact. Earlier this year, Nashville became the location where we surpassed 250,000 meals packed as part of our America250 meal-packing initiative. Together with Nashville Soccer Club, Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, community volunteers, our Teammates and First Lady Maria Lee, we packed the final 50,000 meals to help families, children, older adults and individuals facing hunger across Second Harvest’s 46-county service area.

Our Teammates also roll up their sleeves throughout the year to support local organizations, including Dream Streets, which provides transitional housing, food assistance and youth programming. We have partnered with PENCIL and the Hispanic Family Foundation. to help prepare students for success by providing backpacks, school supplies, shoes and clothing to thousands of children.

To celebrate America’s 250th anniversary this year, Coca-Cola Consolidated brought together legislators – including Governor Bill Lee, Representative Mark White and Speaker Cameron Sexton – as well as partners and our community at the Tennessee State Capitol to honor our nation’s milestone while supporting military families through handwritten notes of gratitude and gift cards in partnership with Operation Homefront and Kroger. We are proud to celebrate our heritage, serve our communities and create moments that matter.

Another way we strive to make a positive difference is through our Refresh. Recycle. Renew. Program. We work with customers and communities to increase package recycling and educate consumers about getting our bottles back. Our bottles and cans are made to be remade, and we continue pursuing innovative solutions that help recover and reuse packaging materials.

In Nashville, these efforts come to life through partnerships with organizations and venues across the city. At GEODIS Park, we have sponsored Green Games and created an educational art installation made from recycled plastic bottles to highlight the importance of package recycling. Through our partnerships with the Tennessee Titans and Nissan Stadium, we supported nearly 30 events, including Green Games and recycling initiatives, designed to increase recycling capture while helping fans understand the role they can play in protecting our environment.

Whether we’re serving neighbors through volunteerism, creating opportunities for local youth, supporting environmental stewardship or investing in our Teammates, we believe our success is measured by the lives we touch. We’re honored to be part of the Nashville community and remain committed to refreshing lives, strengthening neighborhoods and building a brighter future together.
