At Coca-Cola Consolidated, we believe that investing in our Teammates is the key to continued success.
Lesleigh Klein has been a Coke Consolidated Teammate since 1998, She joined the Company after four years of being a stay-at-home mom, and started as a cashier in Akron, Ohio where she helped manage daily deposits for drivers. Over 27 years, Lesleigh has worked her way through a wide range of responsibilities and three separate locations, and she currently serves as a Warehouse Manager in the Twinsburg Production Facility.
“I have been very fortunate to have had opportunities throughout my 27 years to learn new skills and continue to be promoted to roles with increasing responsibilities,” Leslie said.
In Lesleigh’s career as a Coke Consolidated Teammate, she has worked in many facilities, including 16 years in Akron and two years in Cincinnati; she will celebrate 10 years of working at the Twinsburg facility this fall. As a Warehouse Manager, Lesleigh is a leader in the Twinsburg facility, where the workflow and constant movement keep her lively. She is a servant leader to 80 Teammates and is thankful for the mentorship she’s received that helps her lead effectively.
One of our company Values is supportiveness, and that includes developing our Teammates to thrive with more unique opportunities within the company. Lesleigh is no stranger to being supported, citing David Rubadeux, Senior Plant Director for Coca-Cola Consolidated, as a mentor in her career. Mentorship is one of the reasons that she’s able to lead others. They even gave her some tips and tricks to be the best manager possible.
“In my transition from supervisor to manager I was lucky to have an awesome mentor who gave me the opportunity and helped to guide me on managing people. David taught me to start from the end and work backwards to see the whole picture when making changes.
Cola-Cola Consolidated is proud of dedicated Teammates like Lesleigh, who help make being the nation’s largest bottler and distributor of Coca-Cola beverages possible.
