As part of ongoing efforts to evolve and grow the Coca-Cola Consolidated Company, we are pleased to announce the well-deserved promotion of Aaron Bell to Vice President, Sales and Service, for the Coca-Cola Consolidated Mid-South Market Unit. A seasoned sales operations leader with more than 15 years of experience in the Coca-Cola system, Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge to the position.

In his new role, Aaron will be responsible for leading the Sales and Service teams in the Mid-South West Retail Sales Area, which covers parts of Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi and Louisiana.

“We are thrilled to have Aaron join the Mid-South leadership team and bring his passion, energy, and expertise to this critical market unit,” said Keith Burnette, VP Market Unit General Manager. “Aaron has proven himself as a dynamic and visionary leader who can drive growth and change in a fast-paced and competitive environment. He has a deep understanding of our business, our customers, and our teammates, and he will be a great asset to the Mid-South and to Coca-Cola Consolidated as a whole.”

Aaron will be bringing a stellar record of a successful career, having started in the Coca-Cola system as an Account Manager, and through delivering results and strong leadership, worked his way through multiple roles in the operations side, including Area Sales Manager, Sales Center Manager, and Director of Sales Operations. Most recently, he served as the General Manager of Sales Operations for the Mid-Atlantic Maryland East Retail Sales Area (RSA), where he led the Sales and Service teams to achieve significant growth. Aaron has also been instrumental in driving innovation and excellence in the areas of customer service, route-to-market and digital transformation.
