Behind every new flavor and timeless classic at Coca-Cola Consolidated is something bigger – our Teammates. They pour their hearts into their work every day and are our special ingredient. Today, we go Behind the Bottle to meet one of these special Teammates, Bryan Cabrera, a warehouse Material Handler in Louisville, Kentucky. 

Bryan’s part of our team responsible for sorting and packaging our refreshing beverages and preparing them for the journey to our customers across our 14-state territory. Right out of the gate, Bryan says he knew he was in the right place when he joined the Coca-Cola Consolidated family.  

 “I’ve never worked with a team as great as the one in Louisville. I like how there are lots of opportunities for growth. I’m an aspiring driver, and my leaders have made sure I have the proper tools to succeed.” 

Bryan says it’s the culture at Coke Consolidated that sets it apart from other places he’s worked. He credits his job success to the welcoming atmosphere at our Louisville warehouse. With an open environment that encourages curiosity, Bryan has learned more about our Warehouse organization and the Company as a whole. He says his leaders have motivated him to try new things and seek different opportunities.

Bryan does the same for his Teammates. Since he’s fluent in Spanish, Bryan translates for his peers who aren’t fluent in English to ensure everyone is included and has a seat at the table.  

“Not only does he meet his productivity rates, Bryan goes above and beyond to bring positivity to those around him,” says Alex Shepherd, Senior Manager of Logistics & Operations at Coke Consolidated.  

It’s for these reasons and more Bryan is viewed as an invaluable asset by his leaders. He is revered for his great attitude and attention to details. Thank you, Bryan, for all you do.
