Coca-Cola Consolidated recently partnered with Junior Achievement to host a series of hands-on job shadowing events for more than 125 high school students across North Carolina — offering them an up-close look at careers in manufacturing, sales, distribution and more.

Students visited Coca-Cola Consolidated facilities in Greensboro, Charlotte and Greenville, where they toured operations, met with Teammates and even had the opportunity to apply for open positions on-site.

The job shadowing series brought community and industry leaders together to encourage the next generation of the workforce:

  • In Charlotte, students toured the Snyder Production Center and Vertique warehouse and heard from Senator Caleb Theodros.
  • In Greensboro, students toured the Company’s distribution facility.
  • In Greenville, Pitt County Commissioner Vice Chair Mary Perkins-Williams joined students for their tour and discussions at Coca-Cola Consolidated’s warehouse.

This initiative reflects Coca-Cola Consolidated’s ongoing commitment to investing in young people and building stronger communities through workforce development.
